LEADERSHIP
JOSH & JASMINE WISECUP
Josh & Jasmine Wisecup were called to move to Ormond Beach in 2019. They are Floridians but had just returned from Texas as Jasmine served under a international ministry. They are originally from Central Florida, but felt specifically called to Volusia County where they now live with their amazing bulldogs. Jasmine is an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. She was set free from bondage and anxiety by the love of Jesus Christ and the power of his spirit, and is passionate about sharing that freedom with the world! Her heart is to inspire and teach people to walk in the fullness of their God given destiny by abiding in the loving presence of their Heavenly Father. Josh is the founder of JW Capital Company; a commercial and residential mortgage company with offices throughout the southeastern United States. Josh has been in the financial industry for nearly 20 years, and has a passion is to bring the Kingdom of God to earth in the business sphere by helping others follow the dreams and visions God has placed in their hearts.
In the Spring of 2020 God started speaking to them about planting a church in Ormond Beach. Through much prayer and seeking wise counsel the timing was confirmed, and in the Fall of 2021 they started hosting small private meetings in homes eventually getting the green light to expand, which happened in March of 2022. God revealed a space and directed to start getting the word out. There is a mission and lots of vision, but the overarching passion is to have a family of believers that are deeply connected to God and each other. This is the bedrock in which God's Kingdom grows and the desire of Josh and Jasmine Wisecup at Destiny Church.
